The Virtual Foundation Consortium

The Virtual Foundation Consortium was initiated by ECOlogists Linked For Organizing Grassroots Initiatives and Action (ECOLOGIA). The Virtual Foundation Partners have contributed valuable ideas for shaping the foundation. Each Virtual Foundation Partner submits grassroots project proposals to be funded by the foundation and then administers the grants locally.
