What would you contribute to such a project?

The Virtual Foundation will consider your proposal and will, if approved, then create a Request for Proposal (in foundation terms, an "RFP"). This RFP will be sent to the Virtual Foundation consortium members who will inform local grassroots groups about the funding opportunity.

Grassroots groups would then respond, and the consortium member could forward the names to ECOLOGIA. The ECOLOGIA Board of Directors must review and approve the allocation of funds (to ensure tax deductibility).
